After fine ripening, a select premium cuvée was created from selected lots. Produced in an elaborate process, a great sparkling wine was created with the typical fine aromas, a noble, fine-beaded mousseux and great potential.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Delicate yellow with greenish reflections. Subtle fragrance of golden apples, Williams pears and citrus. In the taste a fresh prelude, rich, creamy and powerful.
