<p>In one of the oldest sparkling wine cellars in Spain, this original Cava is produced according to the 'Método Tradicional' in classic bottle fermentation.<br>Selected and coordinated top wines from the heart of the Cava region as well as a long maturing period give it its unmistakable temperament.<br>This Cava reaches its maturity after nine months of storage on the yeast. Characteristic for it: the white-matted bottle.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>The Carta Nevada Dry ignites real fireworks in the glass with its delicate plum, citrus and floral nuances. Its taste is a surprise: tangy-fresh, dry and yet fruity, it delights with its pleasant sweet-sour balance.<br><br>Grape varieties: 33% Macabeo, 33% Parellada, 33% Xare-Io.<br>Serving temperature: 6 - 8 °C.<br>Acidity: 3.8 g/l.</p>
