<p>The Tement winery, located in southern Styria on the border with Slovenia, concentrates primarily on the cultivation of white grape varieties. 95% of its vineyards are planted with varieties such as Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Pinot Blanc, Morillon and Traminer. The wines, which are grouped under the name "Steirische Klassik", come from different vineyards and mature in stainless steel tanks. In addition to the "Steirische Klassik", the winery also produces single-vineyard wines, each of which reflects the characteristic influence of its specific vineyard site and is matured in both large and small wooden barrels.<br><br>Tement Sauvignon Blanc Trockenbeerenauslese Zieregg consists of 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and is matured for 12 months on the fine lees in steel tanks after spontaneous fermentation. This special wine comes from the well-known "Zieregg" vineyard and is characterized by its vines, which are rooted in pure coral limestone and loose brown soil.<br><br>This wine can be stored until 2039 and is carefully sealed with a natural cork.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><p>The nose is varied and rich in different fruits. These notes are lively, fresh and clear. A taste of peach jam, tamarind and acacia honey unfolds on the palate. The finish is long-lasting and enjoyable.<br><br>Residual sugar: 150 g/l<br>Acidity: 9.7 g/l<br><br>This Trockenbeerenauslese is the perfect accompaniment to desserts and other delicacies.</p>
