<p>The Doppio Passo is made from the grape variety Primitivo. The grape variety is cultivated in south-eastern Italy in Apulia, Puglia. It gets its beautiful rosé colour from a 12-hour maceration at 5-7 °C.<br><br>Awards:<br>- 88 points from Falstaff</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Light rosé in the glass. Fruity and sweet nose of blackberries and red currants. Intense and spicy on the palate. Long lasting and floral on the finish.<br><br>Grape variety: Primitivo.<br>Maturation: steel tank.<br>Acidity: 5,7 g/l.<br>Closure: screw cap.<br>Serving temperature: 8-10°C.<br><br>Enjoy the wine with meat or pasta dishes, as well as with cheese.</p>
