<p><strong>MANZANILLA IN IT’S HIGHEST EXPRESSION</strong></p><p>Very dry and very floral. Aging under flor in Sanlucar de Barrameda, in a humid microclimate under the influence of the sea breeze from the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, which marks his character extremely dry, light and sharp.&nbsp;</p><p>A unique manzanilla sherry within that year after year has earned the highest awards in competitions most prestigious international wines.</p><p>The origin of the name Papirusa is Argentina and means “beautiful and elegant” and was the name of Emilio Lustau doll gift to the daughter of the manager of Bodegas Lustau in the 40s.</p><p><strong>TASTING NOTES:</strong></p><p>Bright yellow in color, with golden reflections. Aromas of chamomile, sea breeze and green apple, with notes of hay and fennel. Completely dry, it is light, fresh and sharp on the palate.</p><p><strong>HOW TO ENJOY</strong></p><p>Serve in a small bowled glass (typically used for white wines) at 7-9º C and enjoy it as the perfect dry appetizer. Superb as companion for Iberian ham, shellfish, oysters, fried fish, white fish, marinades and salads. Also try Papirusa with peruan food (e.g. ceviche) or Japanese kitchen (e.g. sushi or sashimi).</p>
