<p>One of the classics of the Torres Family, which emerged more than fifty years ago when experiments began with new varieties in the territory such as Cabernet Sauvignon. </p><p>In a blend with Tempranillo, this wine ages a minimum of 12 months in French oak (30% new) and a minimum of one more year in bottle. It is an intensely fruity wine (blueberries, cassis), with delicate spicy (black pepper) and balsamic notes. </p><p>In the mouth it is uniform, well structured, with mature and rounded tannin due to aging in good oak.</p>
