Description
<p>This bottling is an evolution of the classic Cabernet and Alicante wines and follows a synthesis of elegance and freshness by the winemaker Fabrizio Moltard.<br>The name derives from the river Fonte dell'Anguillaia that flows through the winery.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Ruby red with purple reflections in the glass. In the nose an intense and complex bouquet with notes of wild roses, wild berries, marasca, currants and fine spices.<br>On the palate fresh and balanced with an elegant juicy note. Long lasting finish.<br><br>Grape varieties: 33% Cabernet Franc, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Petit Verdot.<br><br>Extension: steel tank.<br>Acidity: 5,70 g/l.<br>Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C.<br><br>A perfect accompaniment to fish soups or meat dishes.</p>
