Mixed berry compote drizzled over custard. Cinnamon lightly dusted. Butchers shop pork and fennel sausage. Perfumed aniseed, cardamon and clove.</p><p><strong>PALATE</strong></p><p>Fresh raspberry and rhubarb - giving the wine a juicy, bright succulence on the palate. A creaminess reminiscent of French pastries - French oak influence. Cinnamon dusting follows building texture. A fleshy mid palate, structural, powdery tannins. Well integrated and balanced.</p><h4><strong>VINTAGE CONDITIONS</strong></h4><p>A generally dry start to winter was offset by good rainfall in August. Spring was mild, with dry conditions. Summer was warm, but without any significant heatwaves.
