<p>The new Freixenet Chianti D.O.C.G. hails from the sunny vineyards of&nbsp;Tuscany, in its namesake region, and is made with traditional&nbsp;Sangiovese grapes.&nbsp;</p><p>You'll find that this fine red is very versatile, from winding down after a hard day’s work, to&nbsp;matching with pasta and pizza dishes, or providing the perfect accompaniment&nbsp;to a red meat dish.<br><br>For the red wine, the grapes from the Chianti DOCG wine region in Tuscany are used.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Bright red in the glass. On the nose a delicate bouquet accompanied by wild berries. On the palate elegant, slightly spicy, fruity of wild berries, notes of violets. Long lasting on the finish.<br><br>Grape varieties: Sangiovese, Chianti grapes.<br>Residual sugar: 4,0 g/l.<br>Recommended serving temperature: 16-18° C.</p>
