<p>Between orchards and vineyards is the veteran distillery of Hödl Hof.&nbsp;</p><p>The quality of the brandies is ensured by a 300-liter rough-fired boiler and a 200-liter fine-fired boiler made of pure copper.&nbsp;</p><p>The fruit grown on the farm is transported by the shortest route to the fermentation cellar, where it is gently fermented under temperature control.
