Description
The currently young brand Balcones is now considered the largest traditional Texas whiskey manufacturer, which is not based in Kentucky or Tennessee.
The whiskies are produced in a specially built distillery, the utensils, which the distillery uses for the production, were made by themselves.
Balcones Baby Blue Corn Spirit is made from roasted blue corn.
Blue corn is very rich and oily, this adds a new sophistication to the spirit drink while retaining the freshness of classic American distilling.

Tasting notes:
- Colour: Bright amber.
- Nose: Sweet, fresh, melted butter, cereals, notes of vanilla, toffee, cinnamon and nut.
- Taste: Spicy, sweet, tropical, fruity, apricots, brown sugar, notes of lemon, chili, coffee and chocolate.
- Finish: Long lasting, cinnamon, mint.
