<p>The history of&nbsp;Remedy Spiced Rum begins in&nbsp;the 1920s in&nbsp;the USA.<br>In&nbsp;an&nbsp;era marked by&nbsp;prosperity, wild and excessive parties, but also by&nbsp;prohibition.<br>From 1920&nbsp;— 1933 a&nbsp;nationwide ban on&nbsp;the production, transport and sale of&nbsp;alcohol was in&nbsp;force in&nbsp;the USA.<br>But to&nbsp;resist the appeal of&nbsp;the forbidden is&nbsp;anything but easy…</p><p>Every opportunity was taken to&nbsp;get hold of&nbsp;alcoholic beverages.<br>Among other things, illegally smuggled alcohol was sold under medical pretexts in&nbsp;pharmacies and drugstores, creating a&nbsp;veritable black market for spirits.<br>From there Remedy Spiced Rum also found its way into secret bars and pubs as&nbsp;well as&nbsp;into exclusive parties, where it&nbsp;captivated the guests.</p><p>Today, almost 100 years later, the fascination with this rum has been rediscovered and so&nbsp;Remedy Spiced Rum is&nbsp;experiencing its renaissance.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>gold.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Aromatic, pleasant fragrance.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Spices, orange peel, vanilla, cinnamon, pepper.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting.</p>
