Description
The history of Captain Morgan dates back to 1680, when former pirate Sir Henry Morgan settled in Jamaica and created spirits on his sugar cane plantation.
A secret recipe of adventurous spices and natural aromas is combined with the finest Caribbean rum.
This is followed by a maturation in charred white oak barrels to give this premium spirit drink its unique taste and brilliant colour.
The original recipe is still unchanged today.
Colour: Bright gold.
Nose: Slightly sweet, vanilla, caramelized sugar.
Taste: Vanilla, brown sugar, notes of dried fruit, hints of oak.
Finish: Long lasting, smooth.
Mixed with cola, Captain Morgan Spiced Gold becomes an extraordinary long drink.
