<p>Naga Rum comes from Indonesia.&nbsp;</p><p>The name Naga is no coincidence; it is synonymous with the snake guardian of the world's treasures, the well-known mythical creature of Asia.</p><p>After distillation, the rum matures in bourbon barrels for 4 years, then in a teak wood barrel for 3 years and finally another twelve months in a cherry wood barrel.<br>On the nose you can detect fruity notes and an exotic spice. Aromas of chocolate and cloves can be found as well as dried fruits and honey, as well as balanced woody notes.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>This rum from Indonesia is a blend of rums distilled in column still and pot still, i.e. light and heavy rums.&nbsp;</p><p>After distillation, it matured for several years in former bourbon barrels and teak barrels.&nbsp;</p><p>For the finish, the Pearl of Jakarta matures for a further twelve months in cherry wood barrels.&nbsp;</p><p>This finish gives the rum its fruity, delicate notes.</p>
