<h2>Ballykeefe Spiced Irish Moonshine</h2><p>This exciting and sophisticated spirit is characterised by subtle notes of cinnamon, cloves, ginger and star anise. Malting barley, sown, grown and harvested on our family farm, is distilled in Italian copper pot stills and then blended with Ballykeefe deep well limestone water to produce the multiple award winning Ballykeefe unaged Whiskey. This unaged Whiskey is then transformed&nbsp;with the addition of oriental spices to become a very special Irish Moonshine, which has become a favourite among mixologists.</p><h3>Tasting Notes</h3><p><strong>Nose:</strong> Spiced shortbread biscuit, with a hint of caramelised pineapple.</p><p><strong>Palate</strong>: Hints of Whiskey followed by Christmas cake, ‘cinnamon and spice and all things nice’ long finish and thoroughly warming.</p><h3>Perfect Serve</h3><p>Tumbler glass filled with ice, add 35.5ml of Ballykeefe Spiced Irish Moonshine and top with apple juice and a slice of lemon.</p>
