<p>Diciotto Lune, Grappa Stravecchia, comes from a blend of both red and white grape varieties. It is then aged for 18 months in small cherry, ash, oak and locust barrels.<br><br>Riserva Botte Rum is a special edition characterised by additional ageing in a limited number of carefully selected barrels, mainly from Martinique, Barbados and Jamaica (Caribbean), previously used for refining Rum. Further refinement highlights a sharper Grappa-Wood contrast and a sweet, spicy scent. A combination of unique sensations.</p><p><strong>Bouquet</strong>: fruity, spicy</p><p><strong>Structure</strong>: soft, balanced</p><p><strong>Ageing process</strong>: 18 months in small barrels made of different woods + in Rum barrels.</p>
