<h2>GRAPPA Luigi Francoli MOSCATO and BRACHETTO</h2><p>Typology: young aromatic grappa.</p><p>Grapes: Moscato and Brachetto</p><p>Characteristics of the alembic: descending path of the pomace, in a continuous alembic with three stages of distillation, with counter-current flow of water vapor, with production of phlegm at 35/40% vol. Subsequent fractional distillation of the phlegm in a 23-plate copper column.</p><p>Refinement: 6 months in inert stainless steel containers</p><p><strong>ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE</strong> </p><p>COLOUR: transparent, crystalline. </p><p>BOUQUET: floral, citrus and hazelnut scents deriving from the pomace. Musky aroma. </p><p>TASTE: velvety on the palate, of remarkable finesse and personality, also confirmed by the long and very pleasant persistence. Balsamic and honey taste notes.</p>
