<p>The Francoli family distillery in Ghemme, Italy, has been in existence since 1875 and was the first grappa distillery that had no impact on the environment. The heat for the distillation process is obtained from vegetable fuels. </p><p>This ensures a neutral CO2 balance. Francoli is one of the largest and most famous distilleries in Piedmont. </p><p>The company has also participated in the project "Impatto Zero", these protect 340,000 square meters of forest in Costa Rica.</p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><ul><li>Color: Amber.</li><li>Nose: Intense, notes of vanilla.</li><li>Taste: Fresh, strong, aromatic.</li><li>Finish: Long lasting.</li></ul>
