<p>The fresh marc comes from selected suppliers and is stored in silos for a few months immediately after the grape harvest.&nbsp;</p><p>During this crucial phase, it is very important to preserve it with a careful covering of the silage in order to create a favourable climate for the yeasts responsible for fermentation.&nbsp;</p><p>Distillation is carried out with direct steam in a discontinuous distillation flask with eight copper boilers.</p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><ul><li>Colour: crystal clear.&nbsp;</li><li>Nose: Fine, complex.&nbsp;</li><li>Flavour: Strong, intense.&nbsp;</li><li>Finish: Long lasting.</li></ul>
