<p>Dellavalle's Piedmont Grappas from the 'Villa Isa' product line give an overview of the viticulture and wine production in Piedmont. </p><p>The marcs are distilled separately in small stills by an inactive process, this process guarantees a "gentle" treatment of the marc, so that the original flowers are preserved. </p><p>The refinement takes place in stainless steel barrels and for 12/18 months in oak barrels.</p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><ul><li>Color: Clear.</li><li>Nose: Fine, elegant, hints of apples, honey. </li><li>Taste: Balanced, lightly bitter. </li><li>Finish: Long lasting. </li></ul><p><strong>Grape variety: </strong></p><ul><li>Chardonnay</li></ul>
