Once again, the new creation of Gonzáles Byass amazes the connoisseurs.<br><br>The Brandy de Jerez is made from Palomino grapes exclusively in Jerez. The brandy is produced in the solera method and matures in American oak barrels in which sherry was previously stored. The oldest sherry barrel used is 12 years old.</p>
