<p>It is a liqueur obtained, according to ancient tradition, by infusing the still unripe walnuts harvested at the end of June in pure alcohol with the addition of spices and herbs whose type and dosage are jealously kept secret by the liqueur maker. </p><p>This Nocino Classico is produced with an infusion aged for 2 years.</p>
