Description
<p>The Antica Sambuca is produced in the distillery Rossi d'Asiago in Italy. </p><p>The distillery has existed since 1968, it was founded by a young chemist named Giovan Battista Rossi. </p><p>Rossi's recipe was revised and so the newly interpreted anise liqueur was launched in 2001. </p><p>The natural distillate is refined with anise and 15 other spices and herbs. </p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><ul><li>Colour: Clear. </li><li>Nose: Spicy, star anise. </li><li>Taste: Intense, soft, sweetish, anise. </li><li>Finish: Long lasting. </li></ul><p>Sambuca is popular as a shot, on the rocks, in cocktails and mixed drinks. </p><p>You can also use the anise liqueur to refine desserts.</p>
