<p>In the 19th century, the smuggling of alcohol across the Baltic Sea to Sweden flourished.&nbsp;</p><p>In 1889 the smuggler Carls Petter Aandersson got into heavy seas with his smuggler boat "Andalö".</p><p>The smuggled alcohol was mixed with the fresh sea buckthorn juice that Andersson had taken on board to fortify himself, and the result was a wonderfully tasting spirit.&nbsp;</p><p>At home on land, Andersson refined the recipe and left his invention to his descendants under the seal of strict secrecy.</p><p>Aperitif liqueur with sea buckthorn according to old Swedish tradition - guarantee of origin!</p>
