<p>The Blutwurz herbal liqueur is produced in the Penninger distillery. </p><p>The family business has been around for 115 years. </p><p>"Blutwurz" is synonymous with Bavaria. </p><p>No other liqueur is so well known in the Free State of Bavaria in Germany. </p><p>The liqueur is made from the Blutwurz root. </p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><ul><li>Colour: Red-brown. </li><li>Nose: Intense, herbs. </li><li>Taste: Warming, slightly bitter. </li><li>Finish: Long lasting. </li></ul><p>The Blutwurz herbal liqueur is suitable for mixing cocktails and long drinks, but it can also be drunk with Russian Wildberry and lemon juice.</p>
