<p>The liqueur is produced in Germany by the Scheible family. The recipe was refined over years by the Scheible family's grandmother. In 2013 the herbal liqueur was finally launched on the market. </p><p>The Crater Freuerlikör is so named because of its warming spiciness due to ginger and peppermint. </p><p><strong>Awards: </strong></p><ul><li>Double gold in 2019 at the World Spirit Awards.</li></ul>
