<p>A cuvée of the cocoa varieties Forastero and Trinitario, specially produced for the Mozart Distillery, is intensively blended with high-proof fine brandy and stored.&nbsp;</p><p>After the cocoa has been completely settling, the clarified cocoa maceration, which has been freed from cloudy substances, can be skimmed off.&nbsp;</p><p>This high-quality product is then distilled before further processing (cocoa distillate).</p><p>Made with smooth melting white chocolate, fresh cream, precious cocoa distillate and real bourbon vanilla.</p>
