<p>The Domaines Francis Abécassis distillery is located in Claix, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. Cognac has been recognized there as a single estate since the late 1990s.<br>The distillery owns a vineyard of 280 hectares located in the Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois regions. The Leyrat brand is produced by Domaines Francis Abécassis.<br><br>The Leyrat Vintage 2006 Single Estate Cognac blends exclusive eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois region.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Color: Yellow gold.<br>Nose: Fruity, notes of oak, vanilla, dried fruit, white pepper, candied pears.<br>Taste: Full-bodied, dried fruit.<br>Finish: Long lasting.</p>
