<p>AHA TORO originated from an area known as “Los Altos de Jalisco”, a beautiful countryside surrounded by the blue colored patches of the “Tequilana” agave.</p><p>To produce the fully ripe blue agave plants, and conceive a Tequila of such high quality from this privileged region, requires waiting patiently for up to ten years. From here, begin a delicate brewing process of honey extraction, fermentation, distillation, and a resting period of several months. AHA TORO then culminates into an aged Tequila destined for the most demanding palates.</p><p>Handcrafted Tequila without chemicals or additives.</p><p>The process used to make AHA TORO Tequila is the same as was used 100 years ago, without chemicals or additives. Agave Tequilana Weber is the sole raw material used.</p><p><strong>AHA TORO AÑEJO</strong><br>Aged in barrels for at least a year. It has a darker colour than Reposado and a more distinct character, given by the barrel.&nbsp;</p><p>Añejo is a great introduction to Tequila or a perfect alternative to traditional avecs such as malt whiskey or cognac.</p><p>It is adored for its flavor profile.&nbsp;</p><p>At the beginning a round opening with strong aromas of oak, corn, rye, nuances of wheat, reminiscences of the long aging in whiskey barrels.&nbsp;</p><p>Sweet, Caramel, Agave, and Toasty oak are the most prominent flavors in this Tequila.&nbsp;</p><p>Long finish with aromas of chilli, brown sugar and a hint of coffee.&nbsp;</p>
