<p>Two Trees Dry Gin 37.5% is a London Dry gin distilled at <strong>West Cork DIstilleries</strong>.&nbsp;</p><p>The gin has 8 ingredients, which is classic and on the low end.&nbsp;</p><p>There are lots of juniper berries, citrus (lemon and orange) and coriander seeds on the nose, in the taste there are also notes of iris root, quince, almonds, licorice root and coriander seeds.&nbsp;</p><p>The production itself takes place in small copper kettles where the gin is distilled after 16 hours of maceration. the distillation itself takes a long time and John O'Connel is the master distiller.&nbsp;</p><p>John, is one of the nicest people we have met in practice, and you can't help but fall in love with his products.&nbsp;</p><p>It's fantastic quality, for almost no money.&nbsp;</p><p>Really great value for money in Two Trees Gin.&nbsp;</p><p>Try it with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic.</p><p><strong>TASTE</strong></p><p>Lingering sweetness, citrus, astringent, juniper finish.</p><p><strong>AROMA</strong></p><p>Spirituous, clean citrus and juniper.</p>
