<p>Tokiiro Niigata Japanese Craft Gin is produced by Shinobu Distillery in Niigata.&nbsp;</p><p>Niigata is a major city at the mouth of the Shinano River and one of the largest port cities in Japan.&nbsp;</p><p>The word 'Shinobu' means indulgence in Japanese.&nbsp;</p><p>The base ingredients for this gin are fresh citrus varieties that marry a classic combination of commonly used botanicals like juniper and coriander.</p><p><strong>TASTING NOTES</strong><br><strong>Colour</strong>: Bright red.<br><strong>Botanicals</strong>: juniper, coriander, orange peel, yuzu, Japanese pepper and angelica root.<br><strong>Nose</strong>: Spicy, fruity, juniper, notes of orange peel, yuzu and Japanese pepper.<br><strong>Taste</strong>: Full-bodied, spicy, fruity, coriander, notes of angelica root and juniper.<br><strong>Finish</strong>: Long lasting.</p><p><strong>Distillery</strong>: Shinobu Distillery</p>
