It’s only the key botanical - caraway or dill - that makes its taste profile fundamentally different. Because of their similarities, akvavit is actually the perfect companion to gin.&nbsp;</p><p>That’s why we’ve developed Nordic × Gin, a distilled hybrid gin with akvavit botanicals.
