<p>Lussa Gin is&nbsp;produced on&nbsp;the island of&nbsp;Jura off the west coast of&nbsp;Scotland.<br>Three ladies, Claire Fletscher, Georgina Kitchin and Alicia MacInnes, are responsible for the production of&nbsp;this unique gin.</p><p>All 15 botanicals used in&nbsp;the production of&nbsp;Lussa Gin are harvested by&nbsp;the 3 producers directly on&nbsp;the island or&nbsp;on&nbsp;surrounding coasts.<br>In&nbsp;addition to&nbsp;common botanicals like juniper, lemon blossom or&nbsp;mint, even the seaweed Ulva, which is&nbsp;also known as&nbsp;sea lettuce, is&nbsp;used. Each bottle is&nbsp;handcrafted using a&nbsp;traditional still.</p><p><strong>Botanicals:</strong> Lemon thyme leaves, coriander, rose petals, lemon balm leaves, lime blossom, elderberry, honeysuckle, bog, orris root, juniper, water mint, Ulva, Scots pine, ground elderberry leaves, wild rose.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Clear.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Floral, fruity, notes of&nbsp;lemon, juniper, Scots pine.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Floral, fruity, sweet, fresh, notes of&nbsp;rose petals, lemon balm, lime blossom, elderberry leaves.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting.</p>
