The apricots represent Austria and the plums represent Serbia.</p><p>The result is an unusually fruity gin, with an intense juniper note on the nose and fruity stone fruit aromas on the palate, which are gently supported by elderberry and tart dandelion. The extraordinary gin remains pleasantly long in the mouth thanks to the subtle use of orange peel and coriander with slight hints of citrus.</p>
