<p>The Unhiq XO&nbsp;Unique Malt Rum comes from the house of&nbsp;Oliver &amp; Oliver, from the Dominican Republic.<br>Made in&nbsp;the brine process, this rum consists of&nbsp;up&nbsp;to&nbsp;25 year old rum distillates.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Dark amber.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Sherry, dried fruit, chocolate, caramel, vanilla.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Warm, spicy, raisins, dates, dark chocolate, coffee.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, spicy, sweet, notes of&nbsp;vanilla and caramel.</p>
