Description
The family-run company Berry Bros. & Rudd was founded in 1698 and is still run out of the same historic location at 3 St. James's Street.
The seven to eight-year-old Dominican Rum is made from molasses. Column stills and pot stills are used for distillation. Barrels from Madeira are used to finish this rum.
The rum isn't coloured, sweetened, or chill-filtered.
