<p>Dictador is a Colombian aged rum with a history stretching back to 1913.<br>Dictador rum is the pinnacle of taste, perfected through diligent production and a recipe that is well guarded by the Parra family, the third generation of master blenders of Dictador.</p><p>The 'Best Of' series from Dictador contains a selection of the best and oldest barrels from the Destileria Colombiana.<br>The casks, which are carefully selected by Master Parra, are American oak, sherry or port casks.<br>All labels are handwritten and signed by Master Blender Hernan Parra.</p><p>The ALTISIMO edition of the Best Of series uses unique whisky casks from the Scottish Highlands.<br>The idea behind this is to create a combination of floral aromas, peat and smoke.</p><p>The Dictador BEST OF 1978 ALTISIMO Colombian Rum Limited Release matures for 39 years.</p><p><strong>Type: </strong>39 Years Old<br><strong>Cask: </strong>EX-W131<br><strong>Batch: </strong>79–006</p><p>Limited to 300 bottles worldwide.</p>
