The casks, which are carefully selected by&nbsp;Master Parra, are American oak, sherry or&nbsp;port casks.<br>All labels are handwritten and signed by&nbsp;Master Blender Hernan Parra.</p><p>The APASIONADO edition of&nbsp;the Best Of&nbsp;series honours the Latin roots with their fiery culture.
