Besides its impressive profile, the rum also shines with a great design that is a real eye-catcher in every spirits collection.</p><p>Don Papa Rum is dedicated to the memory of the Filipino folk hero Dionisio Magbuelas, who was an important figure of the Philippine revolution. Magbuelas contributed significantly to the liberation of the city Negros and the Philippines. In colloquial speech Magbuelas is often referred to as "Papa Isio", which is where the rum takes its name from. Furthermore, the national hero is prominently featured on the spirit's label.</p>
