Opis
The copper stills used were brought to Diplomáticos La Miel Distillery in 1959.
This distillation method was originally used in Scotland for whiskey production.
The distillates, made from high-quality sugar cane molasses, are aged in American white oak barrels until they reach their optimal level of maturity.
This delivers a unique rum.
Colour: Dark gold.
Nose: Red tropical fruit, hints of toffee, vanilla aromas.
Taste: Balanced, coffee, dark chocolate.
Finish: Long lasting.
Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
