<p>The Chairman’s Reserve Rum was first produced in&nbsp;1999, under the supervision of&nbsp;Chairman Laurie Barnard.<br>This rum is&nbsp;said to&nbsp;represent the style of&nbsp;St. Lucia Rums.<br>Selected rums from Coffey and Copper Pot Stills are married together.<br>A&nbsp;maturation in&nbsp;ex-Bourbon barrels and a&nbsp;minimum age of&nbsp;five years characterize this harmoniously rounded finesse.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> dark amber.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Cooked bananas, caramelized fruit, spicy oak, vanilla.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Balanced, notes of&nbsp;chocolate, raisins, tobacco, cloves.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, creamy.</p>
