<p>Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988.<br>In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery.<br><br>This whisky matures for 36 years in a refill sherry butt and is bottled with its natural colouring.<br><br><strong>Distilled: </strong>03.11.1981<br><strong>Bottled: </strong>31.07.2018<br><br>Limited to 537 bottles worldwide.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Rich gold.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Pungent, herbs, malt.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Earthy, spices, saffron, malt.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting, apricot, pineapple.</p>
