<p>The Slyrs Single Malt Whisky comes from the Upper Bavarian distillery at Schliersee.<br>The name «Slyrs» is a pseudo-Gaelic corruption of «Schliersee».<br>The distillery was founded in 1999 by Florian Stettner and is located directly on the shores of Schliersee.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Light gold.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Dried hay, forest honey.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Mild, sweet and ripe fruit, malty, caramel notes.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting, harmonious.</p>
