Description
<p>The distillery is located in the French region of Lorraine.<br>The peat used for production comes from northern Germany.<br>In France it is forbidden to extract peat from the moors.<br>The distillation takes place in copper pot stills.<br>The whiskey is then stored for five years to 80% in French and 20% in American oak barrels.</p><p><strong>Ppm:</strong> 35</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>gold.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Peaty notes, fruity.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Slightly smoky, fresh, elegant, salty.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting.</p>
