Description
<p>The Chugoku Jozo Distillery is located not far from Hiroshima.<br>Liqueurs, sake and shochu (the traditional brandy of Japan) have been produced there since 1918.<br>In 1990, Chugoku Jozo decided to produce whisky for the first time.</p><p>The master blender takes extreme care in selecting the blends of grains used.<br>This Togouchi is a blend of whiskies which have all received a finish in the in-house sake barrels.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Amber.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Malty, vanilla, green apples.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Complex, delicate, of light fruits, oak aromas.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting, after malt and spices.</p>
