<p><strong>Appearance</strong>: Medium amber-orange.<br><br><strong>Nose</strong>: Wine, raisin, cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, malt biscuits.<br><br><strong>Palate</strong>: Vanilla, caramel, raisin, malt biscuits, sugar, quite sherry-like.<br><br><strong>Finish</strong>: Honey, vanilla candy, raisin, pepper.<br><br><strong>With Water</strong>: Very smooth and sweet on the rocks.<br><br><strong>Overall</strong>: Sweet vanilla and caramel. The wine adds a nice touch over the regular version.</p><p>The blended whiskies Amahagan have their name directly from the distillery Nagahama.<br>Because the word «Nagahama» means «Amahagan» upside down.</p>
