<p>Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988.<br>Signatory Vintage specialises in the purchase of whiskies from various distilleries.<br><br>The Signatory Vintage BOWMORE 45 Years Old 30th ANNIVERSARY Scotch Whisky 1972 was created in honour of the 30th anniversary of Signatory Vintage.<br>It is aged for 45 years in Refill Sherry Butt.<br><br>Distilled: 21 June 1972<br><br>Limited to 246 bottles worldwide.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Amber.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>fruity, woody, orange, fig, passion fruit, notes of peat, smoke.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Exotic fruits, peat.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, peat, incense.</p>
