Every year Douglas Laing & Co Ltd. distillery launches a new Christmas Edition.
The Big Peat Christmas Edition Islay Blended Malt 2019 includes malts from the Ardbeg, Caol Ila and Bowmore distilleries.
The absolute highlight is a malt whisky from the long closed and exclusive Port Ellen distillery.
Colour: straw yellow.
Nose: peaty, ashy, sea breeze.
Taste: Intense, smoky, earthy, freshly ground pepper.
Finish: Long lasting.
