Description
<p>A blended whiskey that is comprised of 75% grain and 25% malt, initially matured in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in casks that previously held Blacks of Kinsale IPA. </p><p>Resulting in a full flavoured whiskey with notes of nuts, roasted malt and sweet undertones. </p><p><strong>Tasting notes:</strong></p><p>Aromas (without water): Mildly hoppy with sweet undertones.</p><p>Palate (without water): Roasted nuts, malt and sweet spices.</p><p><strong>Awards:</strong><br>Gold Medal at International Spirits Award 2022.</p>
