The The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey matures for five years in Bourbon Casks before it gets its finish in small Virgin Oak Casks.
If Master Distiller Darryl is satisfied with the final result, the whiskey is released for bottling.
Colour: Strong gold.
Nose: Rich, honey.
Taste: Sweetish, light, fruity, spicy, malt, vanilla, bourbon.
Finish: Long lasting.
